At least in the webMethods units the technology is interesting and the people are smart. They pay well and company performance is reliable (resulting in good bonuses).
Minpunten
SAG has not made the transition to a multi-national company despite doing business and having offices in many countries. The senior leadership still looks upon all non-German locations with some level of disdain. The viewing of eastern Europe and India as purely cheap labor is short sighted.
