I am sorry you don't think your local leadership understood you well enough - we pride ourselves on a social and transparent working culture that promotes interaction. I'm equally sorry you feel that growth is limited (especially as you talk about greater visbility and the awesome work culture) - we are a performance based business and India is one of our fastest growing countries with investment in both the sales, services and delivery centres (30% yoy).
