- Everyone is very approachable and happy to help - The culture in the office is be very welcoming and each person's mental health is a real priority; this was really really evident even during my short time here, that a proper work-life balance is really key at Softwire - The work was engaging and it was a joy to help work on an existing project - Food was consistently excellent at low prices

Minpunten

- Somewhat intimidating when working with experienced developers as someone who has only really coded recreationally, but this isn't even really a con; it's a great learning experience
