The company and the product are great, it is the management in the Austin TX collections team that is a huge issue.

Minpunten

I loved the company, but the manager in the collections/accounts receivable department is one of the worst managers I have worked for. They called the entire team into HR and they did nothing, a complete joke. The management style was so outdated, I could not believe it. I am not a young person, I have worked for many companies and have managed up to 30 people myself, and when people tried to tell the upper management there is a huge problem, they did nothing about it. It was not just me, the entire team was called into HR. If the manager remains, I would recommend that nobody works in that department. I have friends that work in other departments that totally love it, and as I have said the company and the products are great.

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
