First of all, the purpose of the company and the way it's incorporated into the culture is definitely tangible. Despite being a newbie, was given the appropriate space to express my opinions. Colleagues acknowledged the changes needed and together we were able to position the new direction of some of the products. True to the company's CARE values, everyone that I interacted with thus far have been awesome.

Sometimes, I feel that the global distribution of teams is time-taking for certain decisions but its far overshadowed by the advantages of having a diverse group.

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
