Minpunten
Interim CEO for over a year who is a principal of the investment company, so he has not connected with people as previous CEO (only lasted 4 months) or appear to have a desire to. No merit increases. Bonuses (if any) take 6 months to evaluate. HR Policy to not pay out earned PTO when an employee leaves the company was snuck into company policies via a memo that no one received. Just because you can does not mean you should. No development program. No educational program for employees. This company has a long way before ever being considered an employer of choice, but maybe they don't care about being that.
