Benefits are okay. Employees are passionate and professional about their work and try to do right by customers. Pay is okay. Not any upward mobility.

Minpunten

Most products are re-skinned old products. Not much innovation. Management lacks a coherent strategy. If there is a strategy it is not communicated clearly to employees.

Pluspunten

Managers are open to new ideas, minimal micromanaging. Exciting environment with great new technology. Different every day, never boring. Benefits are good with 401k match, affordable insurance and fairly generous PTO.

Minpunten

Pay could be better, but that's more the industry than the company.

I was involved in a great project at a major US government institution in Washington, DC. That was fun and challenging. The technology is cutting edge. I learned a lot. I was also managing a project of this size for the first time which was fun. I liked the people I worked with.

Minpunten

Communication between upper management and me was absent. I was completely blind-sided by my firing. I was also told while I was on vacation in Europe. I thought that was rather tasteless. Furthermore, I am still waiting for some of my expenses to be paid.
