Pluspunten
[solidcore] is an awesome workout, and the clients and coaches are the best community of any group fitness I've done. Free class, pretty flexible/variable schedule, coaching is fun + the coach training is great. My direct manager is lovely, so my role is much more fun than it could be, but be aware it is very variable between managers and some will make you miserable.
Minpunten
Full time employees in the field (studio managers) are underpaid but almost always must live near the studio, where rent is extra high. The company WILL take advantage of you, you will work 65ish hours a week and they do not actually give you days off (will make you pick up/schedule meetings on your off days). You are almost never able to take your unlimited PTO, especially if it is more than one day off. HQ does not value field employees, and the entire structure of documents/info you need is very disorganized. Basically, it's a really fun job, but management makes the day to day very difficult + taxing for not much pay.
