being a coach is great but Ive heard managers are overworked and underpaid with not much opportunity for growth

Really good working culture with a focus on DEI. Good work life balance. Lots of advancement opportunities if you perform well. It's on a great growth journey and hiring lots of new people.

Minpunten

It's a big company but can feel like a startup. Sometimes things can feel a bit unstructured, which also can be a positive thing if you want to create change. Also can do better on compensation.
