The CEO has been an advocate for AI as a near-term replacement for support functions, including areas where it is not yet a practical substitute. This has introduced uncertainty across already stretched teams. Despite substantial VC funding, investment in core infrastructure and operational systems appears misaligned. The required proprietary software is below industry standard and adds inefficiency to essential workflows.
