The work seems exciting, but there's no one to support or guide you through the challenges. Everyone here is running their own race and won't respond or reply to you. The entire organization follows the same pattern. If you're a junior developer, your life is pretty much screwed — enjoy the toxicity.

TOXIC work culture, You're not assigned work — you are threatened, about everything, from updating jira status to delivering the task within the sprint or anything, you wont be convyed a message but you would be threatened about every small thing and its incredibly irritating. Like every other company in India you would be of course over loaded with work and i have no problem with it I'm a workaholic, But the difference here lies in the atmosphere and culture of the organization. Everyone seems intent on making your life harder. Developers are treated as the lowest rank. What bothers me the most is the complete lack of respect. Mocking, insulting, and threatening behavior are considered normal here, and no one seems to have a problem with it.
