Pluspunten

Dipartimento delle risorse umane molto attento alle esigenze del dipendente, personale competente e formato. Ambiente giovane ed estremamente flessibile: la sede romana da la sensazione di stare in un Apple Store; non a caso la dotazione aziendale è un MacBook (e per chi fa reperibilità, l'iPhone). Presenza settimanale di solo un giorno e buoni pagati ogni giorno. In quanto azienda di PT, le commesse verso quest'ultima potrebbero considerarsi a tutti gli effetti interne.

Minpunten

Per quanto riguarda me, non ne ho visti finora. L'azienda garantisce un sacco di benefit, e a meno che non ti senti stretto, è veramente un benessere lavorare qui.

- Recruitment is fast - The DevOps area is full of prepared and technical people, even the Manager has a gratr technical preparation - Great collegues, relaxed workspace

Minpunten

- No management - HR is inexistent - The only way to grow is to have the luck of being put on a good project - Doesn't care a lot about employees - lot of body rental depending on the project
