Minpunten
This company has completely fallen apart over the years. There’s a strong culture of bullying and favouritism — unless you’re one of management’s favourites, you’ll get little appreciation or support. Team leaders spend most of their day scrolling through their phones or chatting about their weekend plans and Pokémon raids, yet staff get told off for the smallest things like having a phone on their desk or talking briefly with a colleague. The management team has no idea what they’re doing and shows no respect for employees. It’s a family-run business that’s gone downhill fast — all the good managers have left, and it’s clear why. The current ones are unapproachable, rude, and often ignore questions until they’ve finished their personal conversations. Turnover is through the roof because people can’t stand the environment or the pay. There’s no genuine leadership, no career progression, and absolutely no accountability. If you ever have an issue or stand up for yourself, management will gang up on you instead of helping. HR is a joke just does what they are told to do by higher up very Obedient.
