Pluspunten

This used to be a cool place to work. It's now just trying to pay bills, keep the lights on, and only worried about bottom line and income. Humans have not mattered to this leadership team for years.

Minpunten

Regular Layoffs, Gaslighting, Golden Handcuffs, Terrible Leadership, Lost Culture, Stockholm syndrome, Bad Pay. If you are an engineer, the company will scrub your name from your designs. They claim to be open source and work with attribution, but in reality you won't be able to prove your work against anyone else because of their documentation practices. Ethical and moral decision making does not align with public facing culture and marketing.

Lack of a team-oriented work environment. Minimal communication from management, leading to uncertainty. No incentives or team-building activities to boost morale. Limited opportunities for professional growth or internal collaboration.
