In a PR agency, client emergencies are part of the territory, and when they arise, we need all hands on deck. (That’s also why we offer flexible PTO—to give our team time to recharge). The managers here are the worst! They are toxic, hostile, and demanding; they're rude to employees, constantly make the most unreasonable demands, and couldn't care less about their well-being! Unless you want to suffer, avoid Sparkpr at all costs!
