Oxygen House is great with some really nice people in it. Sparx's every day employee are great just not management.
Minpunten
Upper management has no idea what they are doing. Unless you are pally with the owner and are in his little cult circle (a literal circle hey sit in) you are going nowhere. Promises are made and never followed through with. Micromanagement is a huge thing. Making employees feeling bad about wanting/needing to work from home while not outright saying we don't want you to work from home wake up it's 2024. They talk the talk with all their propaganda about being all about the employees but they are not. Very toxic work environment. Job security is zero. I would suggest if you are thinking about applying for Sparx to walk the other way. You will not regret it. What you will regret is a year down the line dreading coming into the office wondering what the hell you are doing in a place like that... Save your sanity and mental health and just avoid.
