2yHi There, I am sorry to read that you felt this way. Letting a person go, especially when he is actively "working" on a project is a decision that has far reaching financial and professional impact for us as an organisation. So, such decisions cannot be taken due to "political" motivations. You know ours is a relatively flat organisation and the implication of politics is utterly baseless and untrue. The reason you were let go was because things were just not working out. I don't want to elaborate too much here on a public forum - if you want to talk more, please reach out to me. I'd also like to add that our arrangement with you was a company - contractor arrangement and not permanent employment.
