Toxic senior management / department managers, no proper training are provided, disorganized structure, a few of mass resignation periods, high turnover rate during my employment, increased workload with no adjustment to compensation, lack of respect to employees, favoritism is a factor in compensation, unequal pay, outdated technology infrastructure, no retention plan to retain top talent, lack of motivation, not ready to compete with other competitive companies, not emotional / mental health friendly, everyone is replaceable mentality, poor culture and morale
