Pluspunten

The managers are knowledgeable and competent. The company itself is competitive, and they produce high quality manufactured goods. Most of the longer term employees are nice, and have been working there for a long period of time.

Minpunten

The compensation is not particularly great. The employees all seem to run out the door the very minute is becomes 5 o'clock. If you look around at the other employees, you can see how limited the opportunity for advancement is. Managers are constantly busy, and you are always attempting to track them down.

A 4-day work week is super nice, but I would rather work at a company with a 5-day work week that pays much better and values its employees.

Minpunten

No growth opportunities, and the pay is terrible. The workload is too much for the lack of people on the team, and you don't get a bonus, no matter how hard you work. The company preaches growth opportunities and brags about how they are growing and always exceeding profit goals, but if you aren't high enough in the company, you won't be rewarded for it. I would say 80% of the employees are underpaid, and it's only a 2%-3% raise each year.
