Bright House was recently acquired by Charter, however they were a phenomenal company to work for. They have political drama, like everyone, but if you work hard, you'll be appreciated.

Management can be somewhat oblivious. Bright House was always caught in the middle of trying to embody a corporate work environment , with small business leaders. Hiring heavy key players doesn't make the whole company thrive... Well, at least not for the worker bees.

Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
