Low expectations. Easy to get lost in the crowd. As soon as they took over number of benefits eliminated. Requiring employees to relocate to undesirable locations and outsourcing their jobs if they refuse relocation. Forcing phone agents to dress business casual. Not allowing phone agents even to read a book while idly waiting for the next call. Work from home completely eliminated as an option. No flexibility in work hours, it's 8-5 strict.
