Pay is decent, the job itself isn't fairly easy. You aren't changing lives for the better, but you aren't hurting anyone. LGBT friendly.
Minpunten
Management is always against you. The goals and metrics compete with the job duties. The entire culture changes every six months, and rather than improving in response to the market the whole company seems to spin rapidly in place, not taking any real strides toward improving but confusing the customers and employees. The whole setup makes employees feel disposable even after years of service. The attendance policy is a joke. A friend of mine missed a week for step, complete with doctor's note, and was given fix attended points (termination at seven), even though with a note it should only have counted as one. A few weeks later he called in because his dog ran away and he wasn't given a single point. Confusing. My supervisor loved to gossip about her team members with other team members, creating an uncomfortable workplace.
