Pluspunten
This company offers a great product and has potential. If you are a people person you get to meet a lot of people and talk about important things like Internet and TV. Also, unfortunately for those with integrity, (look on), if you want to work in the office I did, and you are unscrupulous, cutthroat, and will lie to people on a regular basis to get ahead, this job might work out.
Minpunten
The managers I worked for had little or no concern about the customer experience. In my opinion, and I think it would be clear to anyone who looked at the facts, their formula of success was about supporting sales agents who did anything they could, (committed fraud, violated sales commission agreements) to sell cable TV. In fact, if you didn't talk about your bag of tricks, you did not receive good leads. Otherwise put, if you weren't openly on the take, violating every sales policy under the sun, you would be punished with bad leads until you quit, or were fired on a technicality.
