No annual bonuses (received headphones, hand sanitizer, mini flashlight for annual bonus) Stressful work environment, Micromanaging, no loyalty to employees, unrealistic expectations, forces you to lie to customers. No Union.

Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

Minpunten

Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
