In addition to people just being rude on the phone you're required to follow a script. You never know when someone is listening in, and they listen in a lot so they can tell you all the things you need to improve when you have your "coachings". I never felt valued as an employee in all the years I was there. Too much negative feedback and constant changes leading to a lot of confusion about how things were to be done on a day to day basis.
