      Pluspunten

      Great place for freshers. At this level, there is learning up to a point. Another pro is the people. Most of them are a nice bunch.

      Minpunten

      Flat organization. All employees are treated the same, regardless of experience or performance. No appraisals. Low pay-scale. No incentives.
