good tips. Made friends. No chemical services.

Minpunten

schedule is never consistent. Can't make Dr. Appointments or etc unless you put in for a notice that you need that day off and still your not sure if it will be approved and if it isn't you must find someone to cover your shift. God forbid you get ill and have to call in sick. You work non stop most of the times and breaks are just unacceptable.

The pay is excellent as long as you’re performance is strong and especially if your flexible with your schedule and full time. But if you’re not a good performer or super part time, this might not be the best place for you.

Great hourly pay with tips. Averaged about $38 to $40 an hour. Great starting place. They do offer training. The co-workers were nice at my location. Management does help you with flexible scheduling so if you have children, it works out great.

Minpunten

Burnout is real. Expected to complete service within an allotted short time. Too many clients come in that want expensive barbershop cuts but want to pay the lowest price (they really shouldn’t even go to sport clips for). Also, way too many clients with long hair wanting full scissor cuts. They won’t turn away clients even if the cuts they ask for are — are not something sport clips does or allows for a lot of time. TV’s get annoying after a while (too loud).
