Pluspunten

Sport clips has changed my whole view on hair cutting systems and helped me to exceed my own expectations. I didn’t know how to cut men’s hair coming here. They had extended classes and opportunities to advance. Good pay and great bonus opportunities!

Need more employees like you to make the store really flourish! We have an amazing team but need more bodies to accommodate all the haircuts coming in!

Minpunten

The pay is excellent as long as you’re performance is strong and especially if your flexible with your schedule and full time. But if you’re not a good performer or super part time, this might not be the best place for you.

Great hourly pay with tips. Averaged about $38 to $40 an hour. Great starting place. They do offer training. The co-workers were nice at my location. Management does help you with flexible scheduling so if you have children, it works out great.

Minpunten

Burnout is real. Expected to complete service within an allotted short time. Too many clients come in that want expensive barbershop cuts but want to pay the lowest price (they really shouldn’t even go to sport clips for). Also, way too many clients with long hair wanting full scissor cuts. They won’t turn away clients even if the cuts they ask for are — are not something sport clips does or allows for a lot of time. TV’s get annoying after a while (too loud).
