- Oh boy if I had been asked this a months ago I would have said there were no cons, but leadership of this company have made some outstandingly terrible decisions of late. - Recently fired half of the dev team with no notice right before the holidays - They cancelled remote working because "It's better for the company and everyone's careers", not keeping in mind the people who bought houses 2 hours away because they were explicitly told 6 months ago that the company had any intention of stopping remote work. - They had exactly one work perk that they offered which was $20 a week for food, which has now been cancelled - Honestly the employees who work here are mad now, company morale is in the toilet, and I would say it's likely not going to improve anytime soon
