      There are a lot of discussion around following good software architecture and development practices. The peers are very supportive and help you to strive for the best. They also promote continuous learning as part of job. The compensation is competitive to the industry. The work life balance is decent. New ideas are heard and implemented if they have any merit.

      Its a fast paced startup hence, you would be asked to work to your full potential. Distributed Teams needs synchronization.

      Hi and thank you for your great note, it summarizes the company very well! We do try to provide great software, which then helps us to continue with our mission. Continuous learning and supportive environment is what we strive for and are happy it's being noticed. There are definitely some challenges with distributed teams, but as we grow, we all learn and improve. Please, don't hesitate to bring up any suggestions or pain points. Always much appreciated!
