      No scope for maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. It is a 24*7 job.

      Most of the staff is friendly and helpful and love setting my own hours

      Minpunten

      Not really a con since its a diverse community but it can be a little challenging if you aren't bilingual as over have the students are hispanic.
