What I like the most is the passion that all personnel shows and share for advances in technologies that helps product development. Handling very well the Covid measures by putting together a safe working environment.

Sometimes feedback from top management can be a little slow, but they always answer. Growing pains in first year, lots of changes and adaptations, but management managed to improve drastically their approach and improve production process with all of the teams collaborations.
