Great team, the pay is good but could be a little better, work schedule is flexible, has a good reputation for quality of care

Minpunten

There are too many chiefs and they tend to be competing against one another which makes it hard to get things accomplished if you are lower on the totem pole, communication

I liked most of the people I worked with and the schedule was great. Nice facility. For the MOST part, the staff was helpful and would step in and help when you needed. Fast paced and helped shifts go by faster.

Minpunten

Some of the staff/charges could be difficult to work with and would not help when you needed help. At times could be stressful due to patient acuity and/or multiple very sick patients at the same time
