      Product is very cutting edge and works really well.

      The work environment lacks cohesion and suffers from a lack of alignment. Leadership appears disorganized, lacking a clear mission statement. Despite claiming to be an open-source company, there is a struggle to effectively execute multiple initiatives. The leadership is subpar, and the equity/valuation situation seems exaggerated or misleading.

      Pluspunten

      The Stability engineering department comprises a healthy mix of enthusiastic open-source community developers and seasoned experts from major tech firms. As we transition from a startup, everyone shares responsibility for the company's success. Our work is fully remote, but communication is active and we have easy access to influence upper management. Support and collaboration continue to strengthen. Compensation and benefits are very competitive.

      Minpunten

      There is a history of less collaboration (1 project per engineer), but this is changing rapidly as work becomes much more team-based.
