Authenticity, transparency, generosity, humility and curiosity are important qualities that every team member has starting at the C-Suite, and there is mutual respect across disciplines and leadership levels.

It is remote first, so if you're looking to get back to an office, we have a small one in Denver, but other than that it's a lot of Zoom and Slack.
