      Working for a well-connected, ambitious and supportive new CEO with drive and imagination. At SPR there is a strong team culture where we celebrate each other's successes work collaboratively to resolve barriers.

      Minpunten

      Historically, there has been a disconnect between the ambitions of the senior team and the ability to deliver on goals. Processes around promotions and recruitment weren't always followed which led to morale problems and a silo mentality across some departments. These are largely resolved and there has been a transformation across the organisation.

      Nice work atmosphere, with friendly staff. Made to feel part of a team. Good community values. Feels good to be contributing towards charities and good causes. Good company benefits included.

      Would love to benefit from a "buying holidays" scheme to be in place

      Great team, very caring environment, flexible way of working, banter is second to none.

      Only con is having to take the out of hours phone home some weekends/bank holidays as it limits what you can do a bit
