Great working space, great management & upper management...yearly bonus. Requesting ED (early dismissal) is fun. Once you leave you leave for that day.

There's no such thing as work/life balance at a call center. Regardless of what is said. Long weekends are REQUIRED!! It's apparent that State Farm hires anybody. It can feel like a high school setting most of the time. If there is advancement in the company not many go on to do so. Unfortunately a lot of that has to do with management. To apply to any job outside the position your working in currently it has to be ok'd through them. While there are some talented people that work in management there's a few that are quite immature. There's a "clique" atmosphere in management. Especially in the Atlanta hub I'm in. The Atlanta hub management can crowd around and become so loud you can barely do your job. There's nothing that funny or the convo itself shouldn't be that loud. Not to mention management will pick and choose who they want to "advance" vs those who are interested but are forced to stay where they are. The word micromanage is accurate to the 20th power. Those changes that continue to go forth from the "higher ups" have made basic things extremely harder than they should be. 5 minutes and 15 secs is not enough to take care of business for a customer. Under any circumstances. There was a time you really had to mess up to get fired from State Farm now with policy changes anybody can be fired at the drop of a hat.

(Destijds) Eerlijke beloning en voorspelbare bonusstructuur Ze waren redelijk goed in het dekken van reiskosten en het snel terugbetalen van diverse personeels- en diversiteitsinitiatieven Leuke en grappige collega's Kansen voor groei Nogmaals, dit was allemaal vier jaar geleden en is waarschijnlijk veranderd

(Destijds en nu, volgens andere commentaren) Arrogant tot een fout Totaal gebrek aan innovatie en bereidheid om te innoveren Vreemde gehechtheid aan het verleden van het bedrijf (wat vooruitgang in de weg staat) Groot aantal veteranen (20+ jaar) die vastbesloten zijn om dat te krijgen pensioengeld, en zijn daarom bestand tegen verandering en technologie Zwaar afhankelijkheid van command and control managementstijl Slechte besluitvorming die tot allerlei soorten verliezen leidt
