Minpunten
THE most suffocating management I have ever encountered Horrible training It’s becoming VERY hard to move out of claims dept; the turnover rate is ridiculous so they have 3-6 month “freezes” that prevent you from going anywhere, and even when there’s not a freeze managers try to keep as many people around as possible. Unrealistic metrics, “transparent” environment means literally everyone knows how good/badly you’re performing as you are asked about your results in front of your team The “restructuring” has made leadership extremely nervous, and they are more than happy to reprimand (and/or terminate) you if you’re one of the weaker team members. All the reviews are 100% accurate. I’ve had employees who have been with the company 15+ years telling newer people to run in the opposite direction, including a manager! It just doesn’t seem to be the type of place it once was. This is strictly from my experience in claims. I have friends who are in other departments (more clerical/administrative, less phone time and do not deal with policyholders) and they love it. If you’re applying for a job in claims, I strongly suggest you reconsider.
