Bonus, they pay for license, co-workers, & building is cleaner than most offices. The training program to get state license is great, however it is ran by 3rd party contracted by State Farm. Great place for someone to start in the insurance field.

- managers don't notice talent - too much company change - managers micro manage - luck of the draw what manager you're assigned - nepotism is very noticeable among employees - managers use pizza parties as motivation, treats employees if they were children - pay is lower than same position at neighboring insurance companies
