      Pluspunten

      Generally no micro-management which is not everybody's cup of tea; Day-to-Day processes are very flexible and can be adjusted as needed; A true global company: I work daily with many engineers in different regions of the world, so interesting to work with different cultures. Great inclusion and diversity of all human races.

      Minpunten

      Like all larger corporations, changing or adjusting development processes to meet ever changing demands of customers and markets is slow and takes a lot of will-power and patience. Also, transitioning/merging from Chrysler (US) to FCA (Fiat Italy) to Stellantis (Peugeot France) , multiple transitions, there is a chance that people loose their identity of who they actually work for.

      Pluspunten

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      Minpunten

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
