When people have a poor mindset, they shouldn't sign up for leadership. That's a valuable lesson that I learned here.

Employees are not humans to them. We were like robots. The arrogant, evil, and cruel leadership thinks that stress is cool and exhausted employees are the only ones worth having. It's horrible. No employee ever feels happy when they fear burnout and feel 0% job satisfaction.

The system design actively prevents information from flowing, creating delays and inefficiency. . Even basic work becomes slow and frustrating due to constant information gaps.
