Stibo treats you as an adult. Get you work done and there are no issues. Real Family - Work balance! No issues with taking an hour or a day to address family needs. Real Flexible hours - no managers here that give you a sarcastic sigh when you need to edit your hours a day here or there. Based on your role, travel! European based company, while they mean business, they are stuffy like American Companies.

I'm being honest, and haven't had any cool-aid. I don't have any cons... I love coming to work these days... which is amazing!
