Stoltz Management is a terrible place to work, primarily due to the lack of care and concern from corporate towards employees and residents. They consistently prioritize their own interests over those of their team members, creating a toxic work environment. The leadership at Stoltz Management fails to take any accountability for their actions, instead opting to blame employees for issues that arise. They micro-manage to an extreme degree, making it nearly impossible for employees to effectively do their jobs. The workload at Stoltz Management is overwhelming, with endless busy work, needless reports, and redundant tasks. Despite spending countless hours completing these tasks, they are often ignored or never even opened, leading to a sense of frustration and wasted effort. The new Director at Stoltz Management made it clear that the company's goal is to control employees, rather than support them. This attitude has driven away many talented individuals, leaving the company with inexperienced and ineffective leadership. There is a lack of direction and common sense in the company's directives, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. Many people have left their positions or walked off the job at Stoltz Management due to these issues, and I strongly advise anyone considering employment with this company to stay away.
