Pluspunten

You can learn about the power industry and account management. There is a lot to learn about gas turbines and power generation.

Minpunten

There is potential with the business but it seems to trip over itself in its desire to grow. Very reactive environment instead of innovating and investing to get it right the first time. Unfortunately the work is counter-intuitive; your 'customers' are more like bad debtors who you are constantly trying to collect from. Very high turnover rate. No room for advancement.

Pluspunten

Good introduction to Energy/Oil&Gas industry as well as reliability engineering and data mining. A lot of exposure to working to people from different backgrounds. Small company so can get involved in bigger projects quickly and make an impact in the company.

Minpunten

Small size of company can be a plus, but it can also have negative consequences in terms of salary and growth opportunities.

The people I worked directly with and managed were fantastic. That's about it.

Minpunten

Unnecessarily rigid at times. Management doesn't appreciate or support independent thought. For an independent thinker it's very unpleasant.
