      Pluspunten

      I couldn’t recommend Strive enough to anyone that wants to get into recruitment, as a company they are so supportive and the environment is lovely to work in. They want you to be the best you can possibly be by in depth training and constant support. What I found great about Strive was that they were always keen to improve themselves as a company as well as their staff by having meetings and listening to our opinions too and working together as a team. If you are wanting to get into recruitment this is the company to do that with.

      No cons, recruitment in general wasn’t for me but as a company I couldn’t fault them.

      Coming from a sales background, this has been a really exciting and rewarding environment to be in. Super collaborative and supportive team, everyone genuinely wants to see each other win. Clear opportunity to grow and develop, and it truly gets better the longer you stay. Leadership is invested and accessible, with a strong focus on performance and development. Fun, high-energy culture with team trips and incentives that make the hard work worth it. Unlimited PTO, with a culture that actually encourages you to use it. Fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot very quickly.

      Minpunten

      It’s a high-performance environment, so it’s not for someone looking for something super relaxed. Can be intense at times, especially during busy periods or end of quarter, but if you enjoy working hard this is a great place to be.
