Pluspunten
The pay was actually pretty good considering the general simplicity of the work. If you were in the call center, you were either doing customer service, inbound sales, or collections and they tried to move people around to the area that best suited their strengths.
Minpunten
The company had a relatively high turn around. It shifted from an office where a lot of people knew each other and were friends to a more impersonal work space where you were never sure exactly who the person you passed in the hallway was.
