The product itself is not that complex, and there are plenty of low hanging fruits for improvement. The problem is that the people there prefer to play games and engage in Game of Thrones-esque political moves rather than to do the actual job. Couple that with one of the weakest and the worst VP I have ever seen, it makes the culture at Structo that much more toxic and unbearable. Is it any wonder that people are running to the exit, and those who remain are planning theirs?
