The only serious cons are pay and advancement. The company claims it expects and delivers the best. They tell the employees they are the best, yet they only pay average. It sends a pretty mixed message. Benefits and other, less tangible compensations are great, but the pay is only average at best. It also seems hard to move up in the company from the technical side. There's a pretty flat structure, which is great, but it means you rarely get the chance to go up.
