No training for sales or technicians, all jobs must perform and be paid within 90 days or no commission is earned so billing and operations have control of possible commission earnings. The skill of technicians varies widely, so it’s hard to explain to customers. Management is very top heavy which puts constant pressure on offices to support the NY headquarters.
