Cooperative workplace, motivated leadership, clear expectations, solid training, If you are willing to put in the work, the leadership, specifically Jonathan and Rob, will make it worth your while. My time as a BDR here helped me improve on a lot of aspects of both my work and personal life. I believe the leadership is sincerely committed to expanding higher education.

The job can be monotonous, You should be prepared to do a lot of repetitive work in this particular role.

The leadership is great. Very easy to like personally and they believe in their mission.

The products (or lack there of?). As far as I could tell, the 'software products' are essentially websites. I never saw the backend (I tried), so admittedly, I could be wrong. If I am wrong about this, then that's a different Con to write about.
